By accessing or using Xenachord ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Xenachord is a Discord bot and web dashboard that provides server management tools including moderation, leveling, tickets, giveaways, and game-server integrations.

3. User Accounts

You authenticate via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your session or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or abusive content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.

5. Paid Features

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
