  • Discord account data: Your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the servers you manage (via OAuth2).
  • Server data: Server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and configuration settings you provide through the dashboard.
  • Usage data: Command usage, moderation actions, and feature interactions for analytics and debugging.
  • Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the Service (bot functionality, dashboard access).
  • To process subscriptions and billing.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
  • To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use secure session management, rate limiting, and audit logging for administrative actions.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share data with third parties when required to operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Discord for bot functionality) or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you remove the bot from a server, server-specific configuration is retained for 30 days in case you re-add it, then deleted.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / EEA Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict the processing of your data.
  • Request data portability.

We use a single session cookie (xenachord_session) for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
